“My stay there was excellent, made me feel like a king for a week. The service was immaculate and the entertainment was great, The staff kept the place super clean an in a timely manner and wander and Jay from the entertainment staff were great at engaging with the guests. I would recommend to anyone. The only down fall to me, was the big wig standing over the entertainment staff with a stop watch, it really took away from the available fun they were trying to get you invloved in, and even at that they were excellent at not letting it show.”

“El hotel es bastante grande, las habitaciones son grandes, siempre limpias tienen un parque acuático, la atención cuando están en la playa y piscinas no es tan buena, para que te vallan a dejar a la habitación y te entreguen las maletas es muy lenta la espera. La playa actualmente no está tan limpia y lo que hacen es mezclar las algas con la arena y eso hace que huele mal.”
