“The trip started off rocky with our room reservation. We were suppose to be in the penthouse Villa but ended up receiving a standard room. The front desk clerks Henry and Flavia were the best they handled the situation very professional. And made sure we got the room we were initially suppose to have.Thank you guys for that!
Each staff member we came in contact with had excellent customer service. Upon arrival and duration of our stay we were greeted with smiles and welcomes! The housekeeping was great they do an excellent job cleaning!!! Thank you making my girlfriend's birthday trip top notch!! Definitely would recommend this hotel...”

“The president hotel was great! We arrived early and they kept our bags for us and gave us towels to go to the beach and even gave us early access to the pool! Along with that Henry was awesome and answered any questions we had and even was able to upgrade our room! Breakfast was also extremely good! When we come back to Miami we will definitely be staying with The President Hotel again!”
