“Checked in on 10.1.19.... Booked package online.. Ground transport was on time a very pleasant gentleman but we couldn't learn much from him as he spoke no English.... Got to check-in and was told by Addy that the King size room we booked was not available until the following day.... It's 10.6.19 and we are checking out... Guess what it's Addy again!... So I'm reminding her about our room change that never happened!.... Mexico is beautiful the people are warm and friendly... Just avoid Addy if you stay at Barcelo Mexico Reforma”
