“Extremely poor policy in regards to Covid. Forcing guests to a variety of Draconian rules which comes in the way of enjoying the hotel . Management is not aware of world wide Covid policies and just makes up their own rules . Any form of trying to reason with staff leads to arguments since staff is poorly trained and educated on Covid . Mostly behave like robots telling guests"it's policy "”
