“American Airlines chose this hotel bcuz of a canceled flight. I wouldn't have chose this particular Comfort Inn. Customer service average. The room was organized, but needed some updates, some detailed cleaning, the hallway leading to my room smelled so stale of OLD smoke just embedded in the carpet. Needs a deep deodorizing and sanitized. Just not good at all! I think the condition of this hotel speaks to management or the franchisee or both. Overall presentation was just a place to sleep for the night. Just my opinion!”

“I was sent here by American Airlines due to a flight cancelation and was hesitant to stay due to the reviews. Fortunately, I did not experience any of the issues of previous travelers. The shuttle service to and from the airport was efficient. Check in and out was timely and done by friendly staff. My room was a little dated but very comfortable, clean, and had all the basic amenities. The hotel has a hot breakfast available every morning. If you are issued a "meal" voucher, the hotel will accept them at their 24 hour mini convenience store (and the money will go much farther!) I would gladly stay here again.”
