“If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. We drove 15 hrs from Chicago to visit family and this was the WORST hotel experience that I have had in my life. The hotel is dated, the customer service is very low and they have roaches. I will upload the videos as well so everyone can see. We had to be moved to three different rooms. After we told them that there were roaches in the first room we were moved to a room with more roaches. They then moved us to the third floor and we double checked to make sure that it was clear. For our second night of stay we got back late and saw that there were roaches in the bathroom. We took towels and put themunder the door and stayed up allll night watching our kids sleep because the other hotels did not have hot water which meant we were unfortunately stuck. I also requested new linens which they never brought up to us. Went to the front desk and asked to speak with the manager and she clearly had an attitude for me just asking that. I mentioned the issue and she didn't apologize and acted like this was a normal thing. She simply sis, "I'll take $25 off your stay" and I was astonished and asked her was she serious and she said yes and that I chose to stay there lollll! Mind you were were moved to a room that we thought were clear of roaches and came back that night to find them again. I will be reaching out to corporate and also posting our evidence. Please do not stay at this hotel if you are visiting. It's motel standard with attitudes. Si pudiera darle a este hotel cero estrellas, lo haría. Manejamos 15 horas desde Chicago para visitar a la familia y esta fue la PEOR experiencia de hotel que he tenido en mi vida. El hotel está anticuado, el servicio de atención al cliente es muy bajo y tienen cucarachas. Subiré los videos también para que todos puedan verlos. Tuvimos que ser trasladados a tres habitaciones diferentes. Después de que les dijimos que había cucarachas en la primera habitación, nos trasladaron a una habitación con más cucarachas. Luego nos trasladaron al tercer piso y verificamos dos veces para asegurarnos de que estaba despejado. Para nuestra segunda noche de estadía, regresamos tarde y vimos que había cucarachas en el baño. Tomamos toallas y las pusimos debajo de la puerta y nos quedamos despiertos toda la noche viendo dormir a nuestros hijos porque los otros hoteles no tenían agua caliente, lo que significaba que desafortunadamente estábamos atrapados. También pedí ropa de cama nueva que nunca nos trajeron. Fui a la recepción y pedí hablar con el gerente y ella claramente tenía una actitud hacia mí solo preguntando eso. Mencioné el problema y ella no se disculpó y actuó como si esto fuera algo normal. Ella simplemente dijo: "Te quitaré $ 25 de tu estadía" y me quedé asombrado y le pregunté si hablaba en serio y ella dijo que sí y que elegí quedarme allí ¡jajaja! Tenga en cuenta que lo trasladaron a una habitación que pensamos que estaba libre de cucarachas y regresó esa noche para encontrarlas nuevamente. Me pondré en contacto con la empresa y también publicaré nuestra evidencia. Por favor, no se quede en este hotel si está de visita. Es estándar de motel con actitudes.”
