Common areas are newly renovated and beautiful. Hotel service was some of the best we have ever experienced. Rooms themselves are beginning to show their age (especially the bathrooms) but are still very comfortable and didnt detract from the overall wonderful experience of our stay. The business and group meeting facilities were top notch.

Do NOT order their shuttle service. Just trust me on this. They have zero respect for you and your time. They have driven off and left me chasing them then when my girlfriend called they made her wait an hour just sitting there. The staff in the hotel are friendly and nice. The bread fast is good. Rooms are decent. Based on the shuttle experience I will never stay there again. Tooany other hotels in the area and I fear the attitude of the drivers will spread across to the rest of the hotel staff.

This hotel had great customer service and the room was nice however, there are a few things that prevent me from giving it a 5 star rating. The first thing is that the room could have been a little bit cleaner. The second thing is that there is a waiter there named Billy Jo that was extremely rude to me at the restaurant. The last thing is that when I reported how rude Billy Jo was the supervisor wrote a “report” and I haven’t heard anything back instead Billy Jo was allowed to insert herself into the conversation which resulted in her abandoning her duty as the Bartender/waiter to ask if there was a problem. I didn’t appreciate at that and I will not be back.

This was the 1st stop on a 10-day long road trip. We selected this hotel because of it's proximity to our route and services offered (food/beverages on site). As Hilton Honors members, we were able to keep expenses down with "cash & points" option for the room. Hotel proper and room were clean although it's past time for a "face lift" and updating. Front desk staff was friendly but neglected to provide water/cookie at check in. Food/beverage server was welcoming and prompt with our dinner/drink order. Disappointed that we were charged $10 for basic, self-parking in their open air (i.e. not covered/protected), on-site lot.

I stayed here for work and my most recent trip had a pretty negative valet experience. I was coming in late around midnight and pulled up my car to valet park (it was dark/not many people around so I prefer this option over walking alone from the self park further away). The valet was visibly irritated by my presence when I asked if I could valet park my car because there were 15 or so other vehicles still waiting outside to park. I understand that must be difficult at the end of a long night but I don’t feel I should be turned away for this reason as a guest. I was encouraged to go to the self park which I ended up doing, but just was not a positive experience after a long evening of travel and walking alone in the dark in a relatively unfamiliar city.

The room was in bad shape. A/C didn’t work and it too them all day to repair it. Bathroom sink had no stopper it was a wide open pipe. Bathroom light fixtures had no shade there were 2 exposed light bulbs. The toilet paper holder was not secured to the wall. The drive in front of the hotel was always blocked. I feel the hotel van should not be parked there blocking half of the drive. When another car comes up to check in the entire drive is now blocked. I spent 10 minutes the night we were checking in blocked in and could not get out of the drive after letting my family out with the luggage at the front door. Overall bad experience.

What an excellent hotel! I’m a diamond member and stay at a lot of Hilton Brand hotels. This one really sets the bar high for others. Beautiful quiet pool, poolside bar and food you can order. Friendly staff. Great restaurant onsite and excellent breakfast. Nicely located by the airport.

Nós apreciamos a nossa estadia neste DoubleTree! Eu estava viajando com meus dois filhos pequenos e liguei para ver se eles poderiam acomodar um check-in às 9h após um voo matinal de DC. Eles foram absolutamente acolhedores e imediatamente nos deram um quarto! ¡Disfrutamos nuestra estadía en este DoubleTree! Viajaba con mis dos hijos pequeños y llamé para ver si podían acomodar un check-in a las 9 am después de un vuelo temprano en la mañana desde DC. ¡Fueron absolutamente complacientes e inmediatamente nos dieron una habitación! La habitación era genial, galletas en punto como siempre, música en vivo junto a la piscina el viernes por la noche y a los niños les encantó la piscina. ¡Altamente recomendado!

We enjoyed our stay at this DoubleTree! I was traveling with my two young kids and called to see if they could accommodate a 9am check in after a early morning flight from DC. They were absolutely accommodating and immediately gave us a room! The room was great, cookies on point as always, live music by the pool on Friday night and the kids loved the pool! Highly recommend!

Fiquei aqui apenas por uma noite com minha mãe e nossos dois cães. Nós dois ficamos muito felizes com o hotel, é bem conservado, limpo e confortável. Eu amei o bar e restaurante no lobby. A única coisa seria que você definitivamente tem que ligar para o transporte para o aeroporto, mas fora isso com certeza ficaria aqui novamente.

Me alojé aquí solo por una noche con mi madre y nuestros dos perros. Los dos estábamos muy contentos con el hotel, está bien cuidado, limpio y cómodo. I stayed here just for one night with my mom and our two dogs. We were both very happy with the hotel, it’s well kept, clean and comfortable. I loved the bar and restaurant in the lobby. Only thing would be you definitely have to call for the airport shuttle but other then that would definitely stay here again.

When I say the only positive things about this hotel are the pool and the front desk girl Jessica I mean it. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights our first night the air conditioning broke which caused our room become 85° when I first addressed this I was rudely cut off by the worker Emma repeatedly so later I brought it to the attention of the only helpful worker that I encountered Jessica she immediately apologized and got us a new room. When we got into our new room we saw the bedding was clean and it was cool so we were happy next morning I went to shower the towel had make up on it (not any of ours), the shower head was leaking, the tub did not drain, and there was hair and dead bugs on the floor when I brought this to the attention of Emma again and her manager Hannah, I do not understand how Hannah is a manager when she is the rudest and unprofessional women I have met needless to say if I come back which is unlikely it would be because of Jessicas hospitality. She handled everything immediately and with the most sincerity. She should be the manager she deserves it the most!

Eu sou um tipo de pessoa 4 estrelas, muito particular. Não havia mofo ou cheiro de mofo em nosso quarto, banheiro ou janelas. Acredite em mim, verifiquei todos os cantos e recantos do quarto para ver se estava limpo. O quarto realmente cheirava como se tivesse sido desinfetado. Quarto 253 eu acho. A recepcionista era uma pessoa mais jovem e tão gentil que esqueci o nome dela. Não havia música ao vivo quando estávamos lá, embora eu desejasse que fosse, teríamos saído no bar uma das noites. We were actually pleasantly surprised about our stay. After reading reviews of it being old and mildewy we were apprehensive, a big concert was in town that weekend and most of the hotels downtown were booked. We took a chance and booked a room her near the airport, we thought hey its only for the weekend anyway. The room was clean and it was spacious enough for our weekend trip. Now the hotel is a little dated but not to the extent some of the reviewers said , in my opinion. I am a 4-star type of person, very particular. There was no mold or mildewy smell in our room, bathroom, or windows. Believe me, I checked every nook and cranny of the room for cleanness. The room actually smelled like it had been disinfected. Room 253 I think. The front desk clerk she was a younger person and so kind, I forgot her name. There wasn't live music when we were there although I wish it was, we would have hung out at the bar one of the nights. They charge for breakfast, which was basic buffet style, ( waffle maker, juice, fruit a choice of meat and oatmeal) it varied only with the meat the next day. We skipped the breakfast , too pricey for what they offered,(no made to order anything). They also offer free hot cookies.

Hotel bom e limpo. A cama era confortável, e nossa suíte era ótima, com uma varanda com vista para a piscina. Visitamos entre o Natal e o Ano Novo, quando o tempo estava lindo! Nós apreciamos passar um pouco de tempo na varanda todas as noites antes de encerrar o dia.Minha coisa favorita é a prateleira para os pés no chuveiro! Perfeito para descansar o pé para depilar as pernas, senhoras !! Eu adoro quando os hotéis voltados para negócios lembram que nem todos os hóspedes são homens.Ficamos frustrados com a falta de um lugar para pendurar uma toalha de mão ao lado da pia. Fizemos funcionar, mas um porta-toalhas de verdade seria uma adição fácil! Além disso, não havia exaustor no banheiro, embora parecesse ter um em algum momento.A cadeira da mesa precisa ser substituída. Sei que alguns itens são escassos, mas isso precisa estar no topo da lista!A porta da varanda era difícil de deslizar, mas mencionamos isso no check-out, então isso não deve ser um problema para os próximos hóspedes, espero. Nós os ouvimos consertar a porta da varanda ao lado da nossa enquanto estávamos lá, então estou confiante de que o problema será resolvido rapidamente.Ao todo, ficaríamos aqui novamente. Não há muito barulho do aeroporto, embora esteja listado como um hotel de aeroporto. Absolutamente amo este hotel. O hotel fica atrás da rodovia, então foi tranquilo, mas é fácil chegar. As camas são tão confortáveis!! A área da piscina parecia ótima, mas estava muito fria para usar. Eu absolutamente amei a decoração de música country!

Hotel bonito y limpio. La cama era cómoda y nuestra suite era genial, con un balcón que daba a la piscina. Visitamos entre Navidad y Año Nuevo, ¡cuando el clima era hermoso! Disfrutamos pasar un poco de tiempo en el balcón cada noche antes de terminar el día.¡Lo que más me gusta es el pequeño reposapiés en la ducha! ¡Perfecto para descansar el pie y afeitarse las piernas, señoras! Me encanta cuando los hoteles orientados a los negocios recuerdan que no todos sus huéspedes son hombres.Estábamos frustrados por la falta de un lugar para colgar una toalla de mano al lado del fregadero. Lo hicimos funcionar, ¡pero un toallero real sería una adición fácil! Además, no había extractor de aire en el baño, a pesar de que parecía tener uno en algún momento.La silla del escritorio necesita ser reemplazada. Sé que hay escasez de ciertos artículos, ¡pero esto debe estar en la parte superior de la lista!La puerta del balcón era difícil de deslizar, pero lo mencionamos cuando hicimos el check out, así que eso no debería ser un problema para los próximos huéspedes, con suerte.
