“Celebrating my 68th birthday at this resort was a bit disappointing. The television where you are supposed to view the events and restaurants of the day was broken so therefore I wasn't aware of daily happenings as well as the in-room fridge didn't work so now I had to go to work to get ice on a different floor and walk a distance to the coffee shop to view the TV for daily events. I called to report these issues, they came one day took a look agreed that there was a problem and would return to fiv them but never came within 2 days whereby I called again, they came replaced the fridge on the 4th day and said they would return to fix the TV but never did, bath room sink shower diverter didn't work and sink stopper was broken. I wasted a lot of water for a resort that states they are eco friendly. Upon my leave I spoke with other guest with similar complaints, cmon Oasis you can do better.”
