“(Review at reopening) Average rooms, the jacuzzi is nice but it’s somewhat uncomfortable and not very safe (and I’m someone in my late 20s). The restaurant food was very good overall, some dishes were not that good but in general it was tasty and well prepared. Drinks are average but there’s a great variety of options. For the cost I expected the facilities to be more amenable and for more options. All personnel were extremely helpful and friendly.”

I’ve been to the best hotels in Cuba and the Caribbean. I know the all inclusive hotel concept really well and if you read me, trust my review . Don’t ever come to this place. I am not going to go more deep into details because I am escalating this matter to higher instances, but I thought that if you were planing to come to Cancun you deserve to know this Not the right place to come.”
