Minha família e eu reservamos quartos neste hotel com base em sua localização no estádio Met Life, pois estávamos viajando para ver um jogo do Giants. Go Big Blue! Foi-nos dito durante a reserva que ficava a uma curta distância a pé do estádio. Na chegada, fomos informados de que não havia como chegar ao estádio sem um táxi. O hotel não oferecia serviço de transporte e não havia como ir a pé ou a qualquer lugar sem um táxi. Quando liguei para o número da reserva, a mulher do telefone riu de mim quando expressei minhas frustrações! Ao retornar de nossa viagem, descobri que o hotel ERA localizado próximo ao estádio dos Giants, ANTES de construirem o novo! Se você tem vontade de ver um jogo, vá para qualquer lugar para ver qualquer coisa em NJ, coma qualquer refeição além do café da manhã, NÃO fique neste hotel! Este hotel tem uma parceria muito boa com empresas de táxi locais e serviços de entrega de comida. Você paga por TUDO, então traga dinheiro suficiente para pagar os preços de NY! Ainda outra experiência horrível de um Hotel Hilton.

My family and I reserved rooms at this hotel based on its location to Met Life stadium as we were traveling to see a Giants game. Go Big Blue! We were told during the reservation that it was within walking distance to the stadium. Upon arrival we were told that there was no way to get to the stadium without a taxi. The hotel didn't provide shuttle service and there was no way to walk or go anywhere without a taxi. When I called the reservation number the woman on the phone laughed at me when I expressed my frustrations! Upon returning from our trip, I found out that the hotel WAS located near the Giants stadium, BEFORE they built the new one! If you have any desire to see a game, travel anywhere to see anything in NJ, eat any meal beyond breakfast, DON'T stay at this hotel!! This hotel has a very nice partnership with local taxi companies and food delivery services. You pay for EVERYTHING, so bring enough cash to pay the NY prices! Yet another horrible experience from a Hilton Hotel.

Recentemente, tivemos um evento nas proximidades e o Hilton oferece excelente localização e fácil acesso à área. Tivemos que apoiar C-Suite Executive Meeting e Nadine do hotel garantiu que todos os detalhes fossem tratados e que as opções de refeições quentes apresentadas de uma forma amistosa e disfarçada superassem as expectativas, assim como a qualidade da refeição.Os quartos foram reformados, a área do saguão é convidativa e o restaurante abre à noite com o bar, um ótimo ponto de encontro depois do trabalho.O estacionamento sob os Painéis Solares da Car Port ficava convenientemente perto e mantinha o veículo fora do tempo sem ter que lidar com uma garagem.Como membro preferencial de fidelidade de outra marca de hotel, faria a exceção de ficar neste local em vez de outras opções na área.

It was a disappointing experience from beginning to end. The room fails in comparison to the money being spent for an experience and what should be a great stay away from home. I was never engaged by staff at any moment of my stay and the room was not dusted. A queen bed offered instead of king selected. Bathroom wasn't working to standards of a hotel name of this caliber. It was just lack luster and unworthy of a future stay or business.

We recently had an event nearby and the Hilton provides great location and easy access to the area. We had to support C-Suite Executive Meeting and Nadine from hotel made sure every detail was handled and the hot meal choices presented in a covid friendly way exceeded expectations, so was the quality of the meal. The rooms were updated, lobby area inviting, and the restaurant open in the evening with the bar made for a nice meeting place after work. Parking under the Car Port Solar Panels was so conveniently close and kept the vehicle out of the weather without having to deal with a garage. As a preferred loyalty member at another hotel brand, I would make the exception to stay at this location versus other choices in the area.

Estou muito decepcionado com este hotel, sou um membro diamante e uma garrafa de água da recepção era como se eu estivesse tirando dinheiro de seus contracheques. Tive de mudar de quarto porque o chuveiro do quarto 1001 fazia um barulho muito alto ao tomar banho, mas a recepção foi boa em mudar de quarto por causa desse problema. permanece e sempre foi dada água ou o que quer que fosse necessário sem perguntas, escusado será dizer que não podemos voltar a este hotel e se alguém perguntar, não vou recomendar que fiquem aqui pequenas coisas como uma garrafa de água de $ 0,50 fazem a diferença.

All was good,great parking good food. Easy in and out. Close to met life and 20ish mins to NYC Ive been there 4 or 5 times. Great city view with the right room Ill go again soon

I am very disappointed in this hotel I am a diamond member and a bottle of water from the front desk was like I was taking money from their paychecks. I had to move rooms because the shower in room 1001 made a very loud noise when taking a shower but the front desk was good about moving our room for this issue.for this I gave an extra star I have stayed at embassy suites for long term stays and was always given water or whatever was needed no questions ask needless to say we may not come back to this hotel and if anyone ask I will not recommend them staying here little things like a $.50 bottle of water make a difference.

Buena vista, la decoración del cuarto bonita y la cama cómoda. Pero en limpieza le doy un 2 de 10. Tienen que mejorar mucho en eso. Por mi parte no me volvería a hospedarme aquí. La limpieza es bien IMPORTANTE.

No vuelvo! Piscina cerrada. toilet tapado, hay que bajar lacadena varias veces. hace calor aire acondicionado no enfría, hay que dormir sin arroparse para no sudar. no microondas, no nevera, no es muy limpio

The Hilton Meadowlands is in a great location. It has easy access to NYC and a major highway to take you either North or South. The hotel was very nice although the rooms did not have a mini-fridge...
