“We had an excellent stay. Amazing breakfast selection and 90% of the staff we came into contact with were helpful and genuinely caring and wanted to provide good customer service. The room was clean and the cleaners were responsive and always present on the floor should anything be needed. The reception staff were helpful despite a complication at check-in. The location was very good with a host of stores and a supermarket and food court accessible directly from the hotel. Lifts were never a problem. Will certainly stay at this hotel again in the future.”

Attention Housekeeping/Plumbing Team- Washroom must be rust free. Some places were out of colors with rust. Shower mixer must be fixed before guests come in.”
