“I am a frequent visitor of canton Ohio and have stayed at quite a few of the hotels and would NOT stay at this one again. My comforter had dried blood on it and when I requested a new one the lady at the front desk would not get us a new one because she claimed all the comforters in the hotel were dirty…. I was given a thin sheet to use instead and she would not take the bloody comforter out of our room. The male who works at the front desk the next day was very helpful and got us new bedding but house keeping could not even make the bed they just left it on the floor and I was told to pick up the sheets at the front desk rather than them being delivered to room which all hotels do. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay and I would recommend any other hotel besides the Hyatt.”

“I wasn't impressed at all with this hotel. It's unacceptable in 2021 to NOT have a microwave in the room! We were told if we wanted to heat something up, we'd have to use the one on the 3rd floor ... our room was on the 4th floor. Also, just know that if you stay in the front of the hotel, you'll have a tremendous view of a giant parking lot. Great shopping across the street if you're interested. If you stay in the back of the hotel, you'll have a view of the interstate I77. Looking at the breakfast pictures on the website ... not our experience at all. Breakfast was assorted little tidbit items. This hotel should get a contract with Waffle House right across the street, to bring in some real breakfast! We stayed 2 nights\3 days ... that was more than enough. Not one employee greeted me the whole time I was there. Functional, not desirable. Good location to McKinley Monument & the Hall of Fame.”
