Lovely location and staff. Tip for those staying: no self parking, valet only which is added to the bill upon checkout. Park your vehicle at passenger loading, and valet will give you a ticket and take your vehicle away and help you with the rest. However it is very convenient to ask for your car. Text ahead of time in your room, and by the time your down there it is waiting for you to zoom off.

Incredible all around. Rebecca for starters was incredible. Her welcome was super warm, always made eye contact and spoke very clearly. You helped us with directions and always went above and beyond. So grateful for her. The cleaning staff was also so polite and professional. Overall location is great, super clean, tons of options and breakfast was incredible. A must stay.

It’s a beautiful hotel, however I didn’t like for the pandemic they offer cleaning services every 4 days (seriously?) the breakfast was mediocre for the same reason. We understand the pandemic changes everything but if I take some days to relax in a hotel, the minimum I expect is my room clean with fresh towels. Even though the location is pretty good, Denver Downtown feels very unsafe right now, be very careful especially at night.

This is absolutely one of the BEST hotels i have stayed in. The staff is very helpful with everything you might need also very courteous. The rooms are very clean and neat as you would expect! The kitchen had plates, pots & pans, silverware, toaster wich was very nice! The location itself is great yoir pretty much in the center of the city and relatively close to everything. When I visit Denver again I know exactly where I will be staying! I Highly recommend to anyone 👍🏻

Very nice room. Pleasant staff. Really pathetic parking garage. Their parking garage is an additional $25 per night and it isn't marked well so trying to figure out how to get to your room from the garage is left up to you to find your way. Really enjoyed the stay otherwise.

Nice room and lobby. The only thing is the hotel is a couple blocks from 16th street, so you will have to walk a bit. Staff were nice and let us store bags in hotel during check-in.

Taylor at the front desk was one is the rudest people I have ever encountered. I used to work as a front desk receptionist and we were trained better than that. Every other receptionist we have encounters at this hotel has been so friendly and accommodating but Taylor seems to not be willing to accommodate or just in a bad mood. Either way, it is very disappointing to come back to a place that we PAID for feel so unforgiving and cold. Train your staff to be better or don’t hire such rude people. Thank you.
