“Fomos de férias em família com 2 crianças de 4 e 7 anos, pela segunda vez para este hotel, no ano passado e este ano na altura do Natal! Este ano o hotel estava renovado, com boa decoração, os quartos acolhedores e o buffet mais amplo e bonito! Boa comida e muito variada! Limpeza 5 estrelas considerando a quantidade de pessoas no hotel!! Queremos agradecer a todo o pessoal sempre simpáticos e disponíveis!!! Obrigada a todos!! Deixamos como nota de recomendação o dia da consoada, o buffet ser organizado para que as famílias com crianças e pessoas com mobilidade reduzida fiquem mais próximos da zona do buffet,porque na hora de ir buscar a comida não podemos deixar as crianças sozinhas na mesa e temos que ir à vez buscar a comida com uma fila muito demorada para os pratos quentes! Se estivéssemos mais próximos podíamos deixar as crianças na mesa. Obrigada e um excelente 2020!!!”

“La primera impresión que tuvimos fue de un personal muy seco, no atentos (al hacer la entrada no nos explicaron donde estaban las habitaciones, no nos ofrecieron las toallas aunque sean con depósito, no te dicen donde está el restaurante,...) eso sí mucha burocracia covid a la entrada pero después en el interior aforo sobrepasado en muchísima cantidad,colas kilométricas sin distancia para la comida, te tienes que levantar a las 7 para coger hamaca ya que no hay hamacas para todos, te asignan horario para la cena (a las 19:15 fue el nuestro), tienes que usar guante para la comida (pero el personal no los usa) las toallas de piscina si las quieres cambiar tienes que pagar,el zumo natural se paga aparte (es todo incluido),no te dejan una botella de agua en la habitación de cortesía,.... En fin no repetiría, me quedo con la RIU (cualquiera de ellos ofrecen mucho mejor servicio y atención al cliente). La comida está bien y las habitaciones también.”
