Front desk people were super friendly and helpful!The room was very clean and nice.We were pleasantly surprised.We had a view of the Brooklyn Bridge which was really cool! Clean room with comfortable bed. Friendly, helpful staff. Parking garage right next to hotel. Guests get a discount on 24 hour parking, so we paid $60 for the weekend. Pleasant surprise! There aren't any hotels in this part of Brooklyn or south. Front desk very nice, rate was high but no other option, room clean, beds very comfortable, highly recommend this hotel. So far this has been an excellent experience.The room is much smaller than any other hotel I've stayed in, but that's a good thing here in Brooklyn. You have only the space that you need. The room was small and cramp, felt like the hotel' rooms in Asia. However, the queen size bed wascomfortable. Everything was clean and spiffy. There wasn'tany instructions for the TV operations. The functions were not intuitive,fortunately the front desk manager was well versed with programmingissues and all was well. Our single night stay is rated at 4.2. O quarto era pequeno e apertado, parecia os quartos do hotel na Ásia. No entanto, a cama queen size era confortável. Tudo estava limpo e elegante. Não havia nenhuma instrução para as operações da TV. The front desk is friendly and the room is pretty tidy and clean. Besides my room is a queen bed room and the bathroom is very big. I love its decorations. If I have a chance probably I would prefer a higher floor room so that I can get a better view. For your information you can call to service to ask him to place a refrigerator at your room so that it is really convenient to keep your food in good quality. They also serve free hot water and coffee in the front desk and free breakfast from 7 AM till 9 AM. I woke up late so I didn’t know what was served during the breakfast time. We had a 8 day stay. Thestaff was so accommodating . The rooms were exactly how they explained they would be. The room was cleaned everyday with fresh sheets and linens. The staff was so helpful too ! A most definite plus was having a parking garage next door ( those guys were awesome too !! ) Rates we’re reasonably priced ! Definitely stay there again if we come back to Brooklyn Tivemos uma estadia de 8 dias. A equipe foi tão acolhedora. Os quartos eram exatamente como eles explicaram que seriam. Gratamente sorprendidos por este hotel.Para empezar las chicas de recepción fueron muy amables dándonos el cuarto antes del horario de ingreso.Las instalaciones son modernas, ya que es un hotel bastante nuevo, las alfombras muy limpias con olor a ozono en todas las áreas comunes.Wifi funcionaba a la perfección con muy buen alcance El cuarto no muy amplio pero muy bien decorado y confortable y sumamente funcional.El baño lo mismo Desayuno de cortesía básico pero no se puede pedir otra cosa ya que era de gratis, pero bastaba para comer algo y tomar. También contaba con café y té el día entero si uno quería tomar algo Metro a una cuadra y media llegando en 30 minutos a Manhattan sin problemas Para recomendar
