Um lugar super acolhedor e limpo

Nós não usamos as instalações do hotel, mas apenas jantamos com um grupo no restaurante. Foi fantástico. Equipe agradável e uma cozinha muito boa!

Not too fancy, but nice location and service.

Quarto sujo e mal iluminado, banheira suja e enferrujada, paredes finas das quais você pode ouvir o chuveiro do vizinho, temperatura da água que fica quente quando outra pessoa toma banho, funcionários rudes com comentários sarcásticos. No geral, é simplesmente irritante ficar neste hotel!

Habitación sucia no bien iluminada, bañera sucia y oxidada, paredes delgadas desde las que puedes escuchar a tu vecino ducharse, temperatura del agua que se calienta cuando alguien más se ducha, personal grosero con comentarios sarcásticos. En general, es simplemente molesto quedarse en este hotel.

Dirty not well lit room, dirty rusty bathtub, thin walls from which you can hear your neighbor shower, water temperature that turns burning hot when someone else takes a shower, rude staff with snarky comments. Overall it’s just plain annoying to stay at this hotel!

Multar. Muito simpática e prestativa. Decoração do quarto um pouco datada e barulhenta. É bom que uma janela possa ser aberta para o ar fresco.

The hotel is located in center of the city which makes it very good for tourists and travelers who want to visit multiple attractions while staying in Groningen. The Breakfast was also pretty decent. BUT The building of hotel is old and they made a hotel out of it with minimum amount of renovation done inside the building. Hence, the rooms are not quiet. The room locks are old fashion with keys. The worst thing about the hotel was the ventilation. As the rooms have no AC and there is a tiny fan placed in the room to fill the role of ventilation!! If you take a shower in the evening, the dampness of the room at night will persist and can give you a headache. unless you open the windows of the room and welcome the mosquitoes. The bathroom is very bad. The mirror in the bath is located for very high as if for giants and so is the shower head which by the way, to your surprise, is fixed and not movable! The bed mattress are too hard and the lamp on the table stand next to the bed is just a lamp bulb attached to a wire! I don't know how this cheap looking place is labeled as four stars! O café da manhã também foi bastante decente. MAS O prédio do hotel é antigo e eles fizeram dele um hotel com uma quantidade mínima de reforma feita dentro do prédio. Bela Groningen com seus belos edifícios, incluindo o hotel de Ville. Tínhamos um quarto lindo e muito luxuoso, com uma cama e móveis antigos. Achamos o colchão muito duro, mas isso é pessoal. A decoração do banheiro grande é datada e a verdadeira desvantagem é o chuveiro na banheira. Isso enquanto ainda haveria espaço mais do que suficiente para um banho. Café da manhã bom. Ao fazer a reserva, pergunte onde é melhor estacionar o seu carro porque devido a todo o tipo de obras rodoviárias, estradas de sentido único, é um desastre perder-se de carro no centro da cidade.

Hermosa Groningen con sus hermosos edificios, incluido el hotel de Ville. Teníamos una hermosa habitación muy lujosa con una cama y muebles antiguos. Hotel de buena reputación. Habitación tranquila, que requeriría un poco de actualización. Baño grande. Limpieza bien. Bienvenida profesional y eficiente. Un pequeño obsequio a la llegada: bombones y botellas de agua. El desayuno es impresionante en su variedad y calidad. Volvería sin dudarlo. Además, está bien situado. No dudes en pasarte por su restaurante. Aparcamiento público cercano.

Nice hotel, bem localizado, quartos antigos! Bom café da manhã e bom restaurante à la carte. "Você deveria considerar renovar os quartos com carpete, novos aparelhos eletrônicos e novas camas e decorações. Eu definitivamente voltaria para Você! Faça algo para tomar ar fresco nos quartos antes da chegada."

Bom: ótima localização, funcionários simpáticos, lobby/piso térreo bem projetado, bom café da manhã.Ruim: manchas pretas (fungos?) no chuveiro, torneiras de água separadas no chuveiro (demora para encontrar água aquecida normal), Wi-Fi gratuito é super lento (se você quiser velocidade de streaming normal, terá que pagar mais) e não cubra bem toda a sala.Tenha em mente que este é um hotel de 4 estrelas.

Bonito hotel, bien ubicado, habitaciones antiguas. Buen desayuno y buen restaurante a la carta. "Deberías considerar renovar las habitaciones con alfombras, nuevos aparatos electrónicos y nuevas camas y decoraciones. ¡Definitivamente volvería a ti! Perfect location for conferencing at Uni Groningen. Competent and responsive team of staff. Neat restaurant with ambrosial delights. But you do need to get assigned to a quiet room facing e.g. the school rather than the garden - a colleague got the latter and she was disturbed by the noise at night though the staff was able to help mitigate.

Location of the hotel is great but that hotel is not 4 stars as I know. The room doesnt look like those on the hotel page. Its We came after the long trip and the check in was veeeerrryy long even there where nobody else. And unacepptable for me that the hotel staff is not saying „good morning” to the gests each day. No wifi working at the room

Bem no centro da cidade muito bom...

Very nice hotel in an excellent location. The rooms are well equipped and very clean, but could be a little bit larger. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I didn't miss anything at breakfast. Valet parking is available. Definitely try the restaurant, probably one of the best in Groningen.

From the nice front desk folk to nicely appointed rooms, comfy lounge and outdoor courtyard the hotel was great. Our needs were met promptly and the location is great. We didn't try the restaurants but the dinning room looked elegant and the breakfast hall opened to the courtyard. Good price too.

I have stayed here for a couple of nights every week over the past couple of months, and I really like the hotel.Location is really good, nice walk from the train station through the city and a lot of local places to go for drinks or dinner.Rooms are comfortable. I stayed in the smallest and also more medium rooms.Breakfast is really good with a great warm/cold varieties of food.They offer free bike rental (if available).All the staff are also really great, never had a bad hospitality experience. They gave several good suggestions for restaurants, places to go for a run and things to see. Special mention to Teun, who is always very friendly and helpful.

Gran hotel con mucho estilo muy bien

Lovely stylish hotel in a beautiful town. Modern interior and friendly service. However wifi is pretty bad and beds are hard and uncomfortable. A good choice for central location and would stay again...

A very expensive rated standard room 116 (Euro 283,) dirty room incl blood on sheets,very bad breakfast also not clean incl very bad customer service at the desk.All by all not a 4 star...
