“Fué una estancia muy grata, pero falta mucho personal para una mejor atención, porque no pueden, se aglomera la gente y estando en estando de contingencia preventiva no es aceptable; la poca gente con la que cuenta el hotel está al 100% pero no se dan abasto. Por lo demás ,es un muy bonito hotel con buenas instalaciones y buena comida.”

The Hotel have a Beautiful Ocean views . The people work hard they try the make happy all resident but unfortunately need more staff. The food is poor, is incredible say poor food in Barceló , I can believe but never had experience like this on Barceló. When you are in the pool nobody ask you if need something (because don’t have enough employees). The only reason to come back is the people, nothing else. Thanks”
