Na hora de escolher um hotel, leio vários comentários, basicamente todo mundo admira esse lugar! Pegamos um quarto com vista para as montanhas. O quarto é limpo e arrumado, limpeza diária, nunca esqueci de colocar nada, cosméticos - Bulgari! Toalhas limpas, roupões de banho, chinelos, cosméticos, ferro, chaleira, chá, café, água grátis. Para uma criança, um roupão de banho, chinelos e cosméticos infantis. Serviço de quarto - 24 horas por dia, em alto nível, todos os pedidos foram atendidos muito rapidamente, isso não é visto com frequência nem nos Estados Unidos ou na China. Em todos os lugares encontra funcionários educados, com sorrisos e desejos de umas férias maravilhosas. O hotel está localizado no resort, uma ótima localização. Você pode alugar um esqui. Atenção especial ao centro SPA, procedimentos maravilhosos, o ambiente prepara você para descanso e relaxamento completo. Definitivamente um cinco, talvez um seis! Eu gostaria de voltar novamente. Obrigado por umas férias maravilhosas!

Al elegir un hotel, leo diferentes críticas, ¡básicamente todos admiran este lugar! Cogimos una habitación con vistas a las montañas. La habitación está limpia y ordenada, limpieza diaria, nunca se olvidó de poner nada, cosméticos - ¡Bulgari! Toallas limpias, albornoces, zapatillas, cosméticos, plancha, tetera, té, café, agua gratis. Para un niño, albornoz, zapatillas y cosmética infantil. Servicio a la habitación: las 24 horas, a un alto nivel, todas las solicitudes se cumplieron muy rápidamente, esto no se ve a menudo ni siquiera en los Estados Unidos o China. En todas partes se encuentra un personal educado, con sonrisas y deseos de unas vacaciones maravillosas. El hotel está ubicado en el complejo, una excelente ubicación. Puedes alquilar un esquí. Atención especial al centro SPA, maravillosos procedimientos, el ambiente te prepara para el descanso y la relajación total. ¡Definitivamente un cinco, tal vez un seis! Me gustaría volver una y otra vez. ¡Gracias por unas vacaciones maravillosas!

One of the best experience in my Life: 1- Food was delicious and Fresh. 2- Room service was Fast and generous. 3- Facilities: I’ve tried the Turkish Hammam and Massage (SPA), it was great you should try. L 4- Location: great and free to go to the down level. Finally, the front desk was very helpful and professional. Thank you RIXOS, hopefully to come back soon. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Beautiful hotel with a luxury feel to it in a gorgeous place! Big spacious rooms. Excellent service. Attention to details. Tasty food in the restaurant downstairs and amazing breakfasts! We loved everything about our stay. Can’t wait to come back!

The personal was extremely professional and helpful. We had all positive answers to all questions we had. We will definitely come again. They helped us with lift tickets , restaurant reservations, spa personal went an extra mile with their effort to accommodate us with their services. The reception guys were incredible with their help. Luggage staff were helpful and gave us a ride on the golf car several times!!!!

Generally I will say it is one of the most amazing hotels in the whole country. Loved the experience. Mostly the staff were welcoming and the hospitality level were high. The restaurant is great and they have one guy (Nickolay) who is an amazing waiter. He served us in the best way and made us feel in comfort, as he stand in the right way and his suggestion skills is highly appreciated. He did make me feel the Rixos luxury experience. For him alone I will give five stars. And for the hotel and the location and tr he experience also five stars and for the staff too. One thing I would like to add about my experience is the guest relations. As we had a situation with the room and he was helpful. The hotel is mainly russian speakers but the staff can accommodate English guests.
