“Overall the stay we had was amazing. Lovely and attentive staff, top notch interior and a secluded atmosphere as if you are alone on the island.The food was great but I would wish for a few more options for dinner. For a couple who is staying 6 nights like we did the menu does not give too many options to choose from. Although the management intended us to request for our wishes but this can be problematic not knowing what is available in local markets.But that’s just minor as the quality of the food was absolute top notch .Also a big shout out to the spa team. Absolute gold.”

“This is an upmarket resort in a beautiful island setting. Our villa was very nice. The spa was excellent. I have given it 3 stars because the service needs to smarten up for the market segment they aspire to be in. For example, they asked out food allergies/intolerances (a list of 4 items that included seafood and watermelon) and proceeded constantly to actively offer us seafood and watermelon at most meals. They have a very fancy iPad system for controlling blinds and lights in the room, but the WiFi is not strong enough so it fails to connect. The person who “looked after us” gave us inaccurate information and made an incorrect spa booking. When the manager on duty asked for feedback, we pointed this out politely only to be confronted by the person looking after us which was uncomfortable. The staff are sweet and smiling, very kind. The restaurant menu is quite long but sadly lacks many Cambodian dishes. Just not the gloss on many of the basics which you get with other groups.”
