Beautiful hotel I didn't stay but did walk around and read about the history of the hotel which is well worth the time.

We stay here every year and always have a great time. This year we had no hot water in our room and our car came out of the valet with the front bumper scratched and cracked. I would advise parking your car elsewhere! As for no hot water all weekend, we were offered a $10 gift card to the cafe...

O Brown Palace é realmente um palácio no coração de Denver. Os quartos têm banheiros datados, não sofisticados como os hotéis mais novos, mas totalmente funcionais. A cama é maravilhosa. O design do átrio do hotel significa corredores abertos e aconchegantes, de onde você pode olhar para o andar principal. O quanto isso costumava acontecer lá, não sei. O chá servido diariamente foi fantástico. O The Ships Tavern tem qualquer bebida que você quiser. A equipe de funcionários é excepcional, assim como o serviço na recepção e o estacionamento com manobrista. O restaurante Royal Arms tem comida maravilhosa para fazer qualquer pessoa feliz. Eles costumavam ter um ótimo Buffet de Domingo no outro restaurante (o nome me escapa), mas provavelmente também foi morto por Covid. O centro de Denver tinha uma infinidade de restaurantes bons a excelentes, todos a curta distância. Não tenho certeza de quantos conseguiram sobreviver. Mas o Brown vai, como tem feito há mais de cem anos, e uma estadia lá é um verdadeiro deleite e uma memória rara.

Fui lá para o chá da tarde e me diverti muito ouvindo a banda ao vivo e curtindo a decoração. Lustre incrível no átrio e iluminação interessante. Interessante seleção de chás, um pouco de champanhe e um recheio sortido de petiscos que o acompanham. O serviço era um pouco lento e eles pareciam ter dificuldade em dividir a conta ao meio. Caso contrário, nós gostamos!

Went there for afternoon tea and had a great time listening to the live band and enjoying the decor. Awesome chandelier in the atrium and interesting lighting. Interesting selection of teas, a bit of champagne, and a filling assortment of accompanying snacks. The service was a bit slow and they appeared to have a hard time splitting the bill down the middle. Otherwise, we enjoyed it!

The Brown Palace truly IS a palace in the heart of Denver. The rooms have dated baths, not fancy like newest hotels, but fully serviceable. The bed is wonderful. The atrium design of the hotel means warm open hallways were you can look down into the main floor. How much that used to happen there is currently available I don't know. The High Tea served daily was terrific. The Ships Tavern has any drink you want. The bell staff is exceptional, as is the service at front desk, & the valet parking. The Royal Arms restaurant has wonderful food to make anyone happy. They used to have a great Sunday Buffet in the other restaurant (name escapes me) but that too is probably killed by covid. Downtown Denver had a plethora of good to great restaurants all within walking distance. Not sure how many have managed to survive. But the Brown will, as it has for over a hundred years, and a stay there is a real treat & rare memory.

Entrar no Brown foi de tirar o fôlego, eles tinham um enorme lustre e decorações lindas. O funcionário da recepção, Seth, foi incrível gentil e prestativo. Nós chegamos ao nosso quarto e tomamos um banho em vez de um banho, ligamos e ele nos trocou sem problemas. Nosso quarto ainda não estava pronto, então ele segurou nossas malas enquanto tomamos o chá da tarde. Então ele nos encontrou para nos dar os cartões do quarto e mandou a nossa bagagem para o nosso quarto. O pianista no chá da tarde foi incrível. O chá e os lanches eram fantásticos. Nós fomos então para o spa para uma massagem para casais e imersão cbd que também foi incrível. Eu não poderia recomendar mais este hotel!

Walking into the Brown was breath taking, they had a huge chandelier and gorgeous decorations. The front desk worker, Seth, was incredible kind and helpful. We got to our room and had a shower instead of a bath, called down and he switched us no problem. Our room wasn’t ready then, so he held our bags while we enjoyed afternoon tea. Then he found us to give us our room cards and he sent our luggage to our room. The piano player at the afternoon tea was incredible. The tea and snacks were fantastic. We then went to the spa for a couples massage and cbd soak which was also amazing. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more!

Overall, The Brown Palace has a great location and very comfortable rooms. However, as a 4 start hotel, we expected a bit more. Our room had stains on the carpet and a TV that would randomly not work. The bathroom was spacious but lacked some of the luxuries you expect from higher star hotels such as robes. These are small things but they often make the experience different from booking a random 2 star hotel. Regardless, we enjoyed our 2 nights with our pups in the comfy beds but don’t think we would return again unless there were some improvements in their service and standards.

It's a beautiful Nostalgic hotel built in 1892. I'm here and the Christmas Decor has been put out and its beautiful! My room is clean and beautiful.. I asked for a room with a bathtub and it has a beautiful marble bathroom with large bathtub. I highly recommend when staying in Denver..very close to good shopping too.

Este lugar é absolutamente deslumbrante! Eu amo edifícios com muitos anos atrás deles, bem como uma rica história que os acompanha, e o Palácio Brown é isso. Meu parceiro e eu estávamos procurando uma escapadela romântica de último minuto para o fim de semana, e nós ficamos aqui especificamente para a história do edifício. Nós amamos, não ficamos desapontados (tudo estava muito limpo!), E definitivamente tentaremos voltar no futuro!

Espectacular

This place is absolutely stunning! I love buildings with lots of years behind them, as well as an accompanying rich history, and The Brown Palace is those things. My partner and I were looking for a last-minute romantic weekend getaway, and we stayed here specifically for the building's history. We loved it, were not disappointed (everything was very clean!), and will definitely try to come back in the future!

Hace tiempo estuve en este hotel la verdad esta muy bonito lo recomiendo bastante tiene muy buena decoracion y es muy bonito por dentro una buena atencion que brinda la gente que labora ahi, muy recomendado

Para mi que aquí está el mejor restaurante de Denver.

Tiene muy bien servicio y el almuerzo es delicioso. Tienen buena selección. Todos los cuartos son muy limpios y bien mantenidos. También está cerca de downtown y tiene muchas barras y restaurantes cerca.

Excelente lugar, muy acogedor y limpio

Es un bonito hotel con historia y todos los empleados de ese lugar son muy amables sin excepción
