“We thoroughly enjoyed our 10-night stay in May at the Westin. Our room was very comfortable and we loved the balcony which gave us a full view of historic Florence. The service was excellent. The Sesto Restaurant was also excellent as was breakfast every morning. The staff was outstanding. It is a beautiful hotel, very convenient. Thank you very much for our wonderful stay at your hotel.”
