“Outdated. The toilet was broken, smudges on the wall, bad odor, fleas, countertops and floor dirty. I could go on. The non refund policy keeps you locked in unfortunately. Definitely think twice before staying here. We are definitely going somewhere else once our paid week is up”

“Staff is a revolving door and unfortunately most of the good staff have gone.
many room are damaged or unhygienic and the price gouging manager will try to charge you for the way they gave you the room if you don't document it.
A lot of really shady and illegal stuff they do to make leople they don't like leave, adding services not requested to increase bills, charging unauthorized credit cards and locking paid for rooms.”
