“Este hotel tiene inconvenientes y no es de ninguna manera un lugar encantador para quedarse, sin embargo, me gustaría felicitar a un trabajador que hace que sea más llevadero alojarse aquí. Rainy, que trabaja en la recepción, es extremadamente cortés y servicial. Ella hace todo lo posible para acomodar a los huéspedes y ha brindado un gran servicio a mi familia y a mí. Siempre que tenemos una pregunta o inquietud, ella puede brindarnos una solución rápida. Ella facilitó ayudar a mi hermano discapacitado, a mi madre ya mí a entrar en una habitación más grande que es accesible para discapacitados; limpió la habitación a fondo, incluyendo la cocina y el baño, e hizo las camas. Ella ayudó a secar nuestras sábanas en la secadora industrial grande cuando lo solicitamos. En general, hace un trabajo excelente y está muy orientada a los servicios y más involucrada y proactiva que la mayoría de los demás. “I would not stay here. We booked a last min room, we checked in and quickly checked out within 15 mins. This is a very low budget hotel. Not only that it seems like a good number of people actually live here. I’m all for helping people get back on their feet but this places looks sketchy. There was several shady looking people hanging out in the parking lot. One of the tenants was sitting on the floor with his back against the building smoking a cigarette. Once we checked in he followed us into the building and went for the elevator. His stench was so strong we could not walk into the elevator with him.
The front desk lady was nice and cordial, when I told her we would be checking out she had no hesitation in helping us check out. It seems like she was used to people leaving within minutes of checking in. Also you can hear your neighbors in the rooms. Again I would advice people to stay far far away from this place.”
