“El hotel muy hermoso todo bien. Solo q les hace falta un poco de cuidado y seguridad. Hay mucha gente q llega sin cubre boca. Le falta igual poner más dispensador de gel y sanitizante. De resto muy bien.”

“A tough one here. Initially we were told we needed to pay for the room after we paid online about 6 months ahead. Obviously something slipped through the cracks there. We were supposed to get a package that would give us fruit and champagne in our room, it wasn't there. The buffet was average at best. Also, a dinner that also was included in our package took some effort to schedule because, again they had no record of it. The staff on the other hand were very kind and helpful. It felt like there was a management overhaul and many things fell through the cracks. The resort is beautiful. The wildlife was also pretty cool to see mingling among the guests. I hope management gets things together and hopefully hires more staff also. This could have been a very good experience but it was sub par.”
