“Amazing stay at Sandos Cancun The staff are outstanding and work so hard to make your vacation perfect Daniel brings fantastic high energy nightly entertainment and multiple daytime activities. He really goes out of his way to make you feel included and welcome.Andres and Aucile made every meal and beverage special by remembering our names and details. If you need anything at all the concierge is amazing! He can literally arrange anything! Food was fantastic- menu is a bit limited but still good Cleanliness- on point Very comfortable rooms and staff are quick to respond to requests like more water or maintenance. The spa was exquisite and we had a very relaxing luxurious couples massage. The beach is beautiful soft sand with no rocks. Vendors on the beach are respectful offering their goods and leaving with a simple no thank you. Check in and covid testing was made simple and straightforward. Staff were always masked This is our second time staying at Sandos Cancun and we will stay again for sure.”
