“This is a nice resort. Very big but get on this walking shoes. Food is good. Nothing really exceptional. The beach is hit or miss depending on the amount of seaweed. The staff is amazing.
What I will say is.. way too many kids. So if you are not a kid person, stay away and go to the adult all inclusive”

“The hotel itself is nice and the food is good. However the customer service and how people just tell you anything you want to hear is absolutely ridiculous. We stayed 5 nights between two properties and the customer service was HORRIBLE. We were left stranded at the airport because we never received our transfer. Then after email customer service they claimed I needed to speak to World to Meet their tour booking company. And what do you know I get told that they don't have the transfer reservation. Also we went to their timeshare presentation and magically the cleaning lady threw away our voucher for the catamaran. They took us through a ringer just to tell us that the voucher can't be reprinted. Which upset me because why not just tell me that from the start. I'm on vacation I shouldn't have to spend so much time running around because misinformation. We wanted to have our vow renewal here but I will never come back.”
