I tbe middle of the pandemic, when people with reservations need i formation, this hotel doesn't answer ema or phone a d has no statement on its website describing its status (open or closed) during the epidemic. Not a hotel I would ever spend my money on - simply uncaring with zero level of service to people with reservations.”

Sin embargo necesitan muchas mejoras en el sistema de aires, en la atención al cliente y no hay salvavidas en el área de piscina, las piscinas de los niños no están divididas de la de los más grandes.
