“I’m giving two stars instead of one since the location of the hotel does make it easy to go out to restaurants and other activities. However, I am extremely disappointed with the rest of my experience here. The staff was very unwelcoming and only smiled when they tried to get us to pay more for their all inclusive pass and breakfast which we did not want to do even after being extremely pressured by the front desk. I should have believed the other reviews because they are all very accurate. The bed is the hardest most rock solid bed I’ve ever sat on in my life. Everything was very old and not well taken care of. You could hear everything going on outside of your front door and there was no extra lock on the inside which made us feel unsafe. Needless to say we checked out and went somewhere else because I refuse to spend my relaxing vacation in a place like this when there are way better options out there.”

“The hotel is nice and cozy with lots of beautiful tropical plants in the yard. The employees speak Spanish and English, all personnel is very polite and helpful.I didn't like the room as the iron furniture is all rusty and rotten, the pillows and towels are super old and worn out, the faucets in the bathroom are barely working, and there is no hair dryer.”
