“Overall, a great experience. Like a few of the other reviews mentioned there were some minor hiccups. If you ask the front desk for anything it takes an hour + for it to be brought to your room. We had one incident where a Spanish speaking couple were sat before us at Beloved when we were waiting first. They had wrote names and room numbers down and the “manager” of this restaurant just bypassed us for this European couple. This was mentioned in multiple reviews and was still surprised when it happened to us. I think the room could have been cleaned better as there were stains on the wall and the corners of the floors were grimey. Food was great and majority of the staff very pleasant and eager to make your stay great.”
