“Excelente resort! Adorei tudo, desde a recepção, as instalações, restaurantes,espaços, quartos amplos, piscinas e praia. Os funcionários são super simpáticos e solícitos ( deixem gorjetas porque são mau remunerados e as "propinas" ajudam muito). Tudo estava muito limpo e bem cuidado.Os animais do resort são um charme a mais. Super recomendo!”

“Second time here- this time, accidentally! Our original resort in Cancun was on fire 😅 so we were unable to stay there. We knew we enjoyed our stay at Princess last time, so we booked rooms there and got a taxi over. Let me just say it was even BETTER than I remembered! We got a Family Club Suite, as it was one of the only rooms available, and it had us wishing we had brought our kiddo! The bathrooms in these rooms and all the amenities are unbeatable. We’ve been to Mexico 8 or 9 times, probably 6 or 7 resorts, and Princess is by far our favorite!
ALSO- fastest And most efficient covid testing offered on site that we’ve ever had. Not the cheapest, but they make it super easy.”
