“We stayed September 2021. Food was just ok nothing special just the only restaurant on the resort I was impressed by was the french restaurant. Staff was very unpleasant. Treated you garbage. We had a few really good staff members who outshined everyone else but was very disappointed in the overall service as we chose to stay in the preferred suite to have a relaxing get away. Our poor experience wasn’t due to “covidtimes” it was just poor customer service.”
