“El señor Guillermo hizo que mi familia tuviera la mejor cena en toda mi estancia. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y la playa es increíble. Lo que no me gustó es que fingen llevárte a desayunar para venderte tiempo compartido, insisten una y otra vez, un señor del corporativo llamado Eduardo me hizo pasar el peor momento y hasta dolor de estómago me dio, nos hizo caras y nos habló despectivamente, espero que tome una capacitación de servicio al cliente.”
