“I have been to VEGAS many times and stayed at the best places beautiful clean and over the top CUSTOMER SERVICE. I brought a special guest this time on my BIRTHDAY who has never been to VEGAS. MGM GRAND was very disappointing... Service was VERY RUDE in all areas. Had to wait one hour upon arrival for help with luggage. 2 people on staff at Bell Desk for entire hotel? No help with it when leaving. Walked it all the way to parking garage ourselves. Wasn't clean . Mix up in room booking. Had to call security after up all night from noise. A time where people more than ever need to get away and try to start living and enjoying life again. This trip was a big let down at MGM. I won't be back.”

“Good location. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Hotel is easily maneuverable and has a good casino. Check-in was easy and the staff are amazing. I had checked out via the QR and was about to leave the hotel when I realized I left my work phone in the room as I was about to leave for the airport. Concierge advised me to go to check-in who issued me a one-time use key card to retrieve my phone. Housekeeping had already gotten there, found my phone and turned it into management. Very swift, helpful and efficient.”

My son and daughter-in-law gave us the trip as a Christmas gift. The motel was good, check-in went smoothly, we didn't use housekeeping other than to exchange dirty towels for fresh ones. There's a good variety of slots but not the older 3 reel ones and not many video poker machines. There's plenty of table games and a poker room. We were there for 4 days and 4 nights and we had a great time. Can't wait to go back.

Recently I stayed at the MGM Grand casino and hotel in Las Vegas and overall, I had a great experience. The hotel itself is massive and has a wide variety of room options available, so there is something for every budget. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The casino floor is also very large and offers a wide variety of games, including slots, table games, and poker. I was impressed by the variety of games available and the level of customer service provided by the staff. One of the highlights of my stay was the pool area. It is a great place to relax and soak up some sun, with multiple pools, a lazy river, and a variety of cabanas and daybeds available for rental. The pool area also has a number of bars and restaurants, so you don't have to leave to grab a bite to eat or a drink. Another great feature of the MGM Grand is its location on the Las Vegas strip. It's in a great spot that's close to many other casinos, hotels, and attractions. In conclusion, I would definitely recommend the MGM Grand to anyone visiting Las Vegas. It offers a great combination of comfortable accommodations, a wide variety of gaming options, and a great pool area. The location on the strip is also a big plus.

Beautiful, clean hotel. Family and I stayed for 4 days and enjoyed it all. Staff and housekeeping are super nice and always willing to help. Bellboys will load all bags and push the heaviest carts for you and load the car (make sure you tip them (:). Atmosphere was classy and always felt safe with lots of security watching over, willing to help. The dining options around the casino are all delicious and truly spectacular. Wolfgang puck, quick delicious NY style pizza a cozy cafe, many Starbucks and more. (Don’t neglect the underground) By far an amazing trip that makes me want to come back. My personal favorite experience was at Wolfgang puck as they stayed open until 4am. Accompanied with the lovely two bartenders at Wolfgang puck, a special thanks to Andrew and Emily who are top tier and provided amazing service, conversation and delicious drinks. These two carried our last night adventures and I couldn’t be more grateful. Truly appreciative to the MGM grand!

Security is good because only guest can access the elevators. I had a Tower Suite and it was amazing. Huge living room, dining room and bedroom. Very comfortable and clean. The bathrobe, slippers, bed and pillows were super comfortable. The large jacuzzi was a plus. Housekeeping was amazing…friendly and VERY helpful. I had breakfast at The Avenue restaurant and ordered room service. The food was really good. Great location to access the strip and other nearby casinos. The “only” negative is the actual casino. Not enough agents if you need help or win. Also if you want greater odds of winning the slots this isn’t the spot.

Rooms were nice and the staff was amazing. Parking was easy. Started off by being greeted by CK who kicked off an amazing stay at check-in. She was really great and helped to ensure my family and I enjoyed the visit. Pools were wonderful and we had a lot of fun. Visited one of the pizza places in the hotel and it was delicious and the staff there was really fun. Thanks MGM for setting the groundwork of a great Vegas visit.

Espectacular!!! Pude disfrutar de hasta ahora el mejor espectáculo del Cirque di Soleil. El teatro es bellísimo, una muy buena experiencia. ,👏🏻 👏🏻👍🏼.... Spectacular!!! I was able to enjoy so far the best show of Cirque du Soleil. The theater is gorgeous, a very good experience. ,👏🏻 👏🏻👍🏼

Atendimento no check in demora bastante, café da manhã com muitas variedades inclusive de comida como carne arroz etc... Atendimento ok, hotel e cassino gigantesco, quarto grande e muito confortável, mas vc paga a parte, uma taxa por dia para usar o frigobar, caso contrário ele fica trancado.

Um dos melhores resorts para ficar em Las Vegas, com destaque ao show de David Copperfield que acontece aí. Quartos e cassino bonito e bem decorado. Check-in e check-out rápido. É um dos hotéis com mais hóspedes, talvez não seja o ideal se você busca um lugar mais tranquilo. Adoramos a estadia. 🌇✈️ One of the best resorts to stay in Las Vegas, especially the David Copperfield show. Nicely decorated rooms and casino. Fast check-in and check-out. It is one of the hotels with more guests, perhaps not ideal if you are looking for a quieter place. We loved the stay.

Primero de todo, reservamos una habitación West Wing King para nuestra estancia y nos dieron una Grand Two Queen. Además, la habitación se comunicaba con la habitación de al lado mediante una puerta; cosa que me pareció bastante insegura, ya que no sabíamos quien podría estar al otro lado...y para colmo por las noches podíamos oír roncar a la persona de esa habitación!!! 😱 Otro punto negativo a destacar fue que cobraban 50$ si se te ocurría usar el frigorífico de la habitación...¿Perdona? Llevábamos viajando por California 10 días, durmiendo en hoteles de 2* y moteles y en todos ellos teníamos microondas, cafetera y frigorífico y lo mínimo que podíamos esperar de un hotel de 4* en Las Vegas era poder meter una botella de agua en el frigorífico y no arruinarnos pagando la barbaridad del minibar ( Os recuerdo que en Agosto las temperaturas han sido de 105°F ) En los días que estuvimos allí, no nos hicieron la habitación un sólo día...a pesar de haber especificado que queríamos que nos hicieran al menos las camasPagas 39$ por día por resort fee y ni siquiera tienen abiertas todas las piscinas...con lo que las que si lo estaban se llenaban a las 10 de la mañana y era imposible encontrar un sitio.No gastaría mi tiempo si este hotel fuera un sitio humilde; pero con lo que cobran y siendo el hotel que es, lo mínimo que se puede esperar es que las cosas se hagan mínimamente bien...A su favor, diré que con la app el check in y el check out fueron muy sencillos

Gran hotel. Desde aquí se puede coger la segunda línea de tren para cruzar el strip. Suelen tener espectáculo, actualmente está David Copperfield. Cuidado al ir a comprar entradas que hay algunos comerciales de condominios que intentan rebajarte el precio a cambio de llevarte a una charla comercial. El casino es grande y está bastante bien cuidado.

It's called Grand for a reason!!!!You can't miss the location.Everything on the strip is within walking distance and some areas connect to the MGM by walking over a small "bridge".If you don't want to walk you can use the Tram that stops at MGM and takes you to other end of the strip.There is an abundance of restaurants, fast food, two Starbucks, souvenir shops, and bars.There's a theater for Cirque, country bar with live entertainment, Jabawockeez theater, and of course the MGM Grand Stadium and more.The swimming are was relaxing but recommend going early.The concierge service is outstanding.The only flaw is you cannot use the refrigerator I'm the room. Hint DO NOT TAKE OUT AND PUT BACK ITEMS IN REFRIGERATOR OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED.The room was adequate but they do need thorough cleaning.Recommend staying in the tranquil rooms because those rooms are better maintained than the others.Make sure to sign up with MGM Rewards for discounts and this especially good when gambling on slot machines.

I had stayed at the MGM many years ago and was truly not impressed. Now it lives up to it's name, GRAND! Majestic is the description for the resort. The upgrades to the rooms are on point, fresh. Very comfortable beds. Quiet, no noise from either the hallway or the rooms on either side. The choices for dining whether it be a quick meal or fine are plentiful. I will say avoid the buffet as they are very overpriced for the rather mediocre food. Gambling choices are plentiful and you can hear live local artists music while doing so from the Loser bar. Access to the monorail, and multiple shops. Be prepared to walk while here. I suggest comfortable shoes!! Check out the MGM Grand, you won't be disappointed.

Para los que viajan en avión, se encuentra muy cerca el aeropuerto. En cuánto a las habitaciones, son cómodas y cuentan con lo básico para una estancia placentera. Tiene tanto su ambiente familiar como también para pasar el tiempo en pareja o con amigos. Cuenta con restaurantes, antros, asi como un bar en donde hay Música en vivo y por supuesto no pueden faltar las tiendas para ir de compras.

I had a free comp room to a Grand king at the MGM Grand. The bed was very comfortable and I was able to get good sleep. The water pressure in the shower was also good.I like the fact that access to hotel room floors are only for guest registered. So that's an added safety feature. Table games at the casino is not really player friendly. Craps table limit was at a minimum $50. Blackjack with 3/2 payouts was at $100. This can get steep for the casual gambler. Poker room was well run, and the tournaments were fun. But the room is dim. Because the casino is located on the strip, it can attract the younger crowd demographic.

É o resort mais completo de Las Vegas, não é o mais bonito, mas o cassino é enorme, tem vários restaurantes, a piscina é uma das melhores da cidade e está sempre cheio. É onde fica a Hakkasan, que é uma das melhores baladas daqui.

Great hotel to spend time with family and friends. With the MGM grand app it was so easy to check in my room without even stopping by the front desk. The room is clean and very spacious. Hotel staff is amazing. So many things to do. You can spend time at the casino or enjoy the many restaurants and bar, or chill by the pool. I will definitely go back again.

The stay initially was great. But we had an issue where the window cleaners destroyed the windows and we needed a new room. Theygave us a new room but low and behold we walked directly in while other occupants were in! So we went back and Nick Giles, the supposed manager was horrible. Basically told us we had no right to complain. And how since we had a discount and weren’t white rich men our complaints were not valid. This was a planned vacation of 3 years in the making for our wedding. Nick Giles absolutely ruined the whole experience and as I now can see the MGM grand does not care about our money, only rich white people, I’ll know to make sure to let everyone know. Nick Giles the manager was rude to my wife over the phone, and even refused to get someone above him to escalate our issue with him, Not to mention how he made it a point to say we were ungrateful for having a complaint while using a discount. As if the money spent during our time here, the money spent on the hotel itself and all the amenities wasn’t good enough. So hopefully someone sees this before planning their trip and takes a moment to think if they would like someone like Nick Giles belittling your family and making you feel less than, for having a complaint initially regarding a strip view window being dirty and unable to take any pictures or enjoy said view that was paid for. Nick Giles I want to thank you for showing us why the MGM grand is not the place to have a vacation, Nick Giles and MGM Grand doesn’t care about making a wedding and vacation feel special. And Nick Giles , the manager of MGM Grand, belittles people over the phone and let’s you know plainly you do not have a right to complain if you paid anything other than full price for the stay, Nick Giles the manager of MGM grand does not care about any complaints at all.

Não gostei deste hotel, a parte terceirizada de restaurantes, bares, shows são boas, mas o atendimento do hotel é péssimo, o quarto pequeno, com janelas pequenas e não tem geladeira, até um hotel demeia estrela possui uma geladeira, só são melhoresas suítes mais caras… sugiro se quiserem um hotel quelhes deem conforto em todos os quesitosse hospedam no VENETIAN ou BELLAGIO … eu amo não vou trocar mais por nada…

We enjoyed our stay at the MGM grand. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a bit of a distance from the main strip, but there's a lot to do at the hotel too. We stayed at the Tower Spa Suite and the view was beautiful. The carpet and couch is a little dated, but the room was was still pretty awesome. We really loved the bathroom; it's beautiful and the jacuzzi was a big plus (contrary to some of the reviews, we had no problem getting in). We would stay there again!

Es muy bonito, esta bien señalizado los baños que están siempre limpios. No le doy 5 estrellas por que era muy fácil perderse a dentro y están mal señalizadas las salidas, en todos los mapas nos encontramos gente igual de perdidas que nosotras buscando algún lugar que no entendían como llegar.

El complejo del hotel es realmente impresionante en tamaño. Sus torres están conectadas por pasajes comerciales, casinos y rampas eléctricas. De alguna manera no tienes que salir de allí, para caminar y caminar y es entretenido. Como todos los hoteles en Vegas, el acceso a personal no alojado es libre, pero para ingresar a zonas de habitaciones y piscinas se ingresa con la tarjeta de huéspedes. La habitación en la que me quedé fue realmente bella y acorde a lo esperado. Las piscinas son muy agradables.

My boyfriend and I recently spent a few nights here on our trip to the USA! They had some great promotions going on and we got a great deal on the Grand King Room! We had a view of the airport, which we loved being skydivers! HUGE perk for us was the online check in and check out! No need to stand in the line waiting. Just scan the code and input your info and you're good to go. We needed assistance with the parking and they were very quick, helpful and friendly. The hotel is HUGE!! It has anything you might need from food, to clothes, entertainment, transportation, souvenirs, Casino of course, and so so much more! We really enjoyed our stay here. Our only "complaint" was the smoking in the Casino, which we know is normal here, but just not for us! But there is areas you can stay away from it, so not bad. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely come back again.

Lugar fantástico. Algumas dicas, o hotel é muito grande e todas as alas são muito parecidas, usem as placas de localização, outra dica é usar o google maps dentro do hotel, no app tem todo o mapa e ele funciona super bem para acharem as localizações. Instalem o app, ele tem bastante info importante e você pode usá-lo como chave, para abrir o quarto ou então pegar o elevador. Passem no tap bar para tomar uma bela cerveja ou então no Wolfgang Puck para um belo café da manhã.

Enjoyed my stay. Had a great deal on the room rate. When I got to the room I realized why the rate was $45, but it was clean and comfortable. No need for a giant room if I won't be in it. It was a bit of a hike to the casino floor, but who doesn't need exercise. Are breakfast at Wolfgang Puck. Although the food was fine (avocado toast) it wasn't anything spectacular. The service from the "busboy" and waiter was not too quality. Had to ask for water refills, a second cup of coffee while giving them 15 minutes to offer me a refill. Also asked for some black pepper, they brought me an empty grinder. None of this ruined my day, but I expect premium service since I will be paying a premium for my meal. Will I go back? ABSOLUTELY. Once isn't enough to enjoy this beautiful property.

I will definitely be staying here again!!! Everything about the hotel was amazing, from the entrance to being on one of the highest floors and having an amazing view. I loved everything!!! The room I had 22/205 was HUGE and my room attendant was great too. That place is literally like it's own city. You could come here and never leave the hotel and have just as much fun.

Being that MGM grand in Las Vegas Is a more luxurious known hotel I did have pretty high expectations for a great weekend stay. Check in was easy and quick which was great and staff that helped with check in were very nice. Upon getting settled into our rooms, one of the rooms was not properly cleaned and did have a very dirty bathroom. I did call front desk regarding issue and I was reassured the room will be getting cleaned ASAP. To our surprise no one ever came that day nor the next to clean anything. Rest of the stay was good just as a usual hotel stay should me for the time that you’re actually in your room especially with staying in Vegas. HOWEVER check out day came, we loaded our bags to the car. Went back up to gather the remainder of our things and just so happens our items are GONE!! We question the housekeeping that was still in the hallway and ask where our room items are and all of them deny and say there was nothing in the room when they picked up and cleaned. Mind you we have not CHECKED OUT YET. Brand new shoes that were bought during our vacation stay MYSTERIOUSLY GONE. We then have to go out of our way and speak with management and file a report with security. Thankfully the staff did assist us immediately in this matter however no shoes were found or recovered. We did receive a comp off our room for the amount of items that were stolen. Now a worker will be getting away with stealing. Not a great first experience to say the least.

7/11/21-7/15/21. This was my first time staying at MGM Grand, and my husband's fourth time. He says that it is better than ever, and will continue to stay there for future visits. We booked a Stay Well room, and are glad we did so. The additional amenities are well worth it. We really enjoyed the non-smoking floor, the air purifier, the comfortable mattress, and the water filter. The pool at this hotel is AMAZING! Between the several large pools, abundant lounge chairs, and relaxing lazy river, we had a wonderful time outside as well as inside. The gambling at MGM is competitive with the other casinos around it. We enjoy $10 Blackjack tables. The many bars and restaurants at the hotel are also wonderful. It was truly great to have so many options right where we were staying. We can't wait to visit again!

This place is HUGE! Lots to do and see. This was the first place that I'd seen the 'stadium' gaming. Many seats with terminals that let you play the table games that were run at the front, blackjack, craps and roulette. Very cool technology! Lots of high end restaurants too, but we didn't partake.

One of my favorite casinos to stay at. At one end of the strip and connected to New York, New York, Excalibur, and the Cosmopolitan. Easy to walk anywhere on the strip and has a well kept casino and amenities. Has a food court inside as well as restaurants so there are options for everyone to eat. When fully open, it has tons of things to do (I have stayed there multiple times). Mlife rewards program got us great deals on room pricing!

The MGM Grand has lost some of its glory from the old days. It seems a little old and worked hard but it still has some great restaurants in as a nice casino and hotel to stay at. I can highly recommend it if you’re on this end of town just understand the inside is going under a lot of work to try to renovate back to the old glory that the hotel once had. The lion exhibit is gone, the dance floor is gone, the rain Forest Café is gone, and the pearl restaurant which was the best restaurant on earth is gone. But you can still find good things and fun things to do there. Leave a thumbs up if this review helps.

It was great considering my husband and I were there during the reopening weekend. Rooms weren't excessively clean as you would expect during COVID, but it was decent. I was also ghost charged for something in the minibar when were couldn't even get the minibar opened because it was locked. But other than that, it was a fantastic time.

My husband and I just returned from another wonderful trip to Las Vegas, staying at MGM Grand. This trip was special as my mother in law joined us for the 3 day get away! Our host Elizabeth, was exceptional! From beginning with the limo ride to the hotel, to the room amenities, excellent dining, a cheering squad for my husband during the slot tournament to the limo for our early return flight, Elizabeth made our trip memorable! I also want to highlight our excellent, attention to detail bartender, Tony. We look forward to seeing him every time we visit and this trip was no exception. He is one in a million when it comes to service, thank you Tony! Real nice and clean, easy self check-in . All rooms are non smoking and they made sure we were comfortable with our stay. At the time we went it was a few things closed due to pandemic but you can tell once there open it’s a very entertaining hotel & great place to eat. Even though mgm grand been there for years everything was up to date it didn’t look old or ran down inside . I definitely will return

Kinda disappointed. They charge for everything!Been better @ best Western.No coffee in the room. Trash around bed and in chest of drawers. At night green lights shine through window even with the shade drawn. Smelled of raw sewage. The lobby was grand and some of the employees were very helpful and polite. The stores over priced.Crush has the best hamburger ever and waiter was awesome.

Went here for my birthday over halloween weekend. The property is very well maintained and offers pretty much everything you need. Easy to walk to the strip. Easy to get to from the airport. All the staff were pretty friendly without being bothersome. I took off a star because they charged me $130 and I’m having a hard time getting in touch with someone to find out why. I can only speculate it’s regarding the fridge. My only advice, don’t even open it unless you wanna be charged. I’m pretty sure they charge you if you even pull out the items to look at. Definitely didn’t utilize anything but like I said I’m pretty sure the moment you pull anything out, it’s charged.

My best friend and I chose this hotel for our three day Vegas Vacation. I am glad that we did. Our room was a standard double queen and it was to our liking.The bed was so comfy and the pillows were very soft. I really loved how spacious the bathroom was. Housekeeping was awesome.

Definitely one of my favorite places to visit when I'm in Vegas. It is a marvelous hotel with top notch accommodations and amenities. Many restaurants to choose from and an amazing pool and lazy river if your a guest at the hotel. It also offers several amazing shows, gambling options and a smoke free sports book. The rooms are always clean and comfortable with many different price options. Located on the south end of the strip it's a great place to stroll from and enjoy all the Vegas lights, sights and action!

Employees are extremely friendly. Unfortunately the hotel staff could not answer simple location questions regarding their own place of employment. You come out better just walking and trying to find things in the hotel by yourself. You will probably find it faster this way

-The decor of the room and hallways was nice It felt like the hallways were kept at 60a‚Âº. I was absolutely freezing walking around in this hotel. I never thought I'd have to bring a sweater to Vegas. The toilet did not look clean and had scum on the seat. So many people were not wearing masks.

The room was filthy!!!! And no pool access but still had to pay the $50 per day resort fee! Dead birds and broken glass on balcony. Housekeeping came in when we put up do not disturb sign. Manager at front desk was very unhelpful.

Housekeeping team was great. Check in staff was not helpful. She didn't say anything about pool hours and lazy river pool opens only in weekends. She putted me in a room with a poor AC and towel hooks are broken. bathtub was clogged. the room has bad view. I cant see the the strip.

Experience. From check in to check out, I enjoyedy experience at the MGM! I selected and paid for a room with a strip view and the view of the strip wasn't that great. It could have been on the other end of the hotel.
