“The room. We are leaving Las Vegas. The trip from hell! We arrived Thursday night at the MGM went to bed and got up early so we could spend the day in the pool. We knew due to COVID this was not going to be our best trip given all the safety protocols they have in”

“I have been to VEGAS many times and stayed at the best places beautiful clean and over the top CUSTOMER SERVICE. I brought a special guest this time on my BIRTHDAY who has never been to VEGAS. MGM GRAND was very disappointing... Service was VERY RUDE in all areas. Had to wait one hour upon arrival for help with luggage. 2 people on staff at Bell Desk for entire hotel? No help with it when leaving. Walked it all the way to parking garage ourselves. Wasn't clean . Mix up in room booking. Had to call security after up all night from noise. A time where people more than ever need to get away and try to start living and enjoying life again. This trip was a big let down at MGM. I won't be back.”
