Emporio Hotel & Suites has 400 rooms in an eight-floor building with contemporary Mexican interiors. Rooms all come with in-room safes microwaves mini-bars coffee/tea makers free Wi-Fi and flat-panel TVs with DVD players. All rooms have balconies and some have Caribbean Sea views. Non-smoking rooms are available and suites and villas have living rooms and kitchens. Take the plunge into the large freeform outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a deck with palm trees and lounge chairs. The kids get a paddling pool and children's play area. The hotel also has a tennis court fitness room business center convenience store sports and snorkeling equipment (fees may apply) and free parking. Emporio Hotel & Suites Cancun is in the Cancun Hotel Zone on the Caribbean with a white-sand beach with palapas and beach chairs. In the area of the hotel are opportunities for sailing scuba diving snorkeling deep sea fishing swimming with dolphins and more. The nightlife area with Coco Bongo and Señor Frog's is four-and-a-half miles north. The center of Cancun is 14 miles northwest. If you're coming from Cancun International Airport the hotel is nine miles northeast.

“Stayed here with husband and young baby (9 mo) daughter. I really loved our room it was fantastic! King bed Oceanview with a bathtub that has a window to the room and outside. Huge balcony, very comfortable. I would just say if you need a baby crib, the ones at the hotel aren't the best, they're more like a bassinet and a weird size so standard crib bedding doesn't fit on it. I think bringing a pack and play would have been better for us.
Besides that, the hotel has amazing pools, ocean access, lovely friendly staff, and good food at the restaurant. The buffet is a bit pricey but they have such great options! It's in a convenient area and just a quick and inexpensive bus ride to downtown. Good restaurants across the street too, and a couple convenience stores :)”

“This facility is fantastic! All staff are kind and courteous, and very attentive to your needs. The food is phenomenal, and is always put out fresh in the buffet, and has a wide assortment. The beach out front is in beautiful condition, the pools are crystal clear, and the rooms are fantastic. The facility is very clean, and you always see the staff cleaning and maintaining. COVID protocol is strictly adhered to by employees, so had no health concerns. I would definitely go back here!”
